What is the application process?

Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis. When you click “Join Us” to send your basic information, please include your pet’s details, such as breed and weight.

Applying for one of our homes or vacant lots is simple! Just click “Join Us” at the top of the website and share a little basic information to get started.

If your initial information looks like a good fit, we’ll invite you to an in-person showing so you can experience the community and home firsthand. After your visit, you’ll complete our easy application form provided by the Park.

As part of the process, each adult applicant will go through a quick background screening that includes criminal, credit, and eviction history. This helps us ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all of our residents.

Our community welcomes homes built in 2000 or newer, especially those with vinyl siding. If you’d like to join our park, we’d love to see your home—please email us a few photos to get started!

Are tiny homes or modular homes allowed in the park?

Yes, tiny homes and modular homes are welcome.

What kind of RV is allowed in the park?

We welcome most types of RVs in our park! If you’re thinking about making us your new home, please send us a few photos of your RV—we’d love to hear from you.

Do you offer short-term RV lot rentals?

We offer RV lot rentals on a month-to-month basis only.
